Self-pay, or pay-as-you-go is accepted. We accept cash, checks and all major credit cards (VISA, MC, DISC and AMEX) for your convenience.

Insurance

Dr. Morales and Eastlake Chiropractic are in-network with both Medicare and Blue Cross and Blue Shield. All policies have different requirements. Please call your insurance company to find out what is covered. You may also call our office for assistance.
