Dr. Melinda Morales

Doctor of Chiropractic

Dr. Melinda Morales is the founder and clinic director of Eastlake Chiropractic & Healthcare Center established in 2003.  She completed her undergraduate work at Loyola University Chicago and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature in 1998.  She continued her education at the National College of Chiropractic and earned both a Bachelor of Science in Human Biology degree in 2001 and the Doctor of Chiropractic degree in 2003. 

To bring up-to-date, evidence-based therapies to patients, Dr. Morales firmly believes that education is ongoing and takes many continuing education courses, including FirstLine Therapy© Certification, Manipulation Under Anesthesia (MUA), Clinical Nutrition, Sports Injuries, Low Back Pain Treatments, Whiplash Biomechanics,  Women’s Health Issues, Disc Herniations, Knee/Hip/Shoulder Disorders and more.

Currently, Dr. Morales is pursuing Diplomate status with the American Clinical Board of Nutrition (DACBN).  

As a functional medicine provider, Dr. Morales helps her patients optimize their physical function and health utilizing a holistic, patient-centered approach. Treatment modalities include chiropractic techniques, inter-segmental traction, massage, nutrition (weight loss, diet modification, nutritional supplements, herbs, vitamins) and physical rehabilitation. 

Most importantly, Dr. Morales emphasizes a caring, but direct approach.  It is her desire to understand your health goals and her passion to help you achieve those goals.   

When not serving patients, Dr. Morales spends the majority of her time with family and friends.  She enjoys cycling, reading, journaling, traveling….and the perfect cup of chamomile tea!
